About Us

We provide comfort, compassion, dignity and peace through hospice care and hospice services in Prescott, Arizona and the surrounding towns and counties. We are the oldest hospice service in the area and the only hospice to have an office in the Chino Valley area. We offer multidisciplinary, compassionate, in home end of life care from our staff of registered nurses, home health aides, social workers, volunteers and spiritual counselors.
